Website operator
AeroQR.online is operated by Girison Technologies, Tamil Nadu, India. For privacy-related questions or data requests, email support@aeroqr.online.
Browser-side generator data
The basic homepage QR and barcode generator is designed to render codes in your browser. Information such as a website URL, Wi-Fi name, UPI ID or vCard fields is used to create the output you request. The basic generator does not require an account.
Accounts and saved data
If you create an account or use a save feature, AeroQR may store information needed to provide it, including your name, email address, company profile, customer details and saved document data. This information is used to restore your saved work and provide account functionality.
Contact messages
When you submit the Contact form, AeroQR stores the name, email address and message you provide so the site operator can review and respond to your request.
Uploaded files and third-party processing
Many AeroQR tools process selected files directly in your browser. When a feature explicitly requires server-side processing or an external API, the selected file may be temporarily transmitted to the configured service for that requested operation. Avoid uploading confidential or highly sensitive files.
Cookies, advertising and analytics
If Google AdSense or another disclosed advertising service is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers to deliver, measure and personalize advertising where permitted. Browser settings can be used to manage cookies. Where required, AeroQR will display a consent message that lets eligible visitors manage advertising and privacy choices.
Data retention
Contact messages and account-related records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain requested account features, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal requirements. Temporary uploads are not intentionally retained longer than required for the selected operation, unless a user explicitly chooses a save feature.
Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your AeroQR account and associated stored data by emailing support@aeroqr.online from the registered email address. Reasonable verification may be required before the request is processed. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Security
AeroQR uses reasonable technical controls for the information it stores, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not enter passwords, PINs, one-time passwords or unnecessary sensitive information into public QR codes or saved templates.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when AeroQR introduces new tools, storage, analytics, advertising or third-party services. The latest version published on this page applies.
